Christie Brinkley is not done modeling yet. "I never felt like I retired,” says Christie, who is now 62 years old and still Hot AF! “I always get a little bit insulted when I read ‘former model.’ I’m like, ‘former?’ What do they think I’ve been doing all this time? I’m still here. I haven’t gone anywhere.”

“I never really wanted to be a model. That was never a dream of mine,” Brinkley told the weekend news program. “And I was a little bit embarrassed. But I needed the money.”
Christie began her modeling career in the 1970s, going on to grace three consecutive Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue covers from 1979 to 1981, among her more than 500 magazine covers. She spent what CoverGirl parent Procter & Gamble said was a record 20-year run as the face of that cosmetics company, returning for a second stint for a time beginning in 2005. She recently launched the Bellissima line of organic sparkling wines, telling CBS, “I’m involved in every aspect of this.”
