Donald J. Trump is running for President of the United States, but he's not interested in becoming the President of the Ronda Rousey Fan Club. And it has nothing to do with Rousey losing in convincing fashion to Holly Holm on Saturday night. But the timing? Well, that's another story.
Donald Trump joined the rest of those who added salt to the wound of Ronda Rousey after he was defeated for the first time ever at UFC 193 on Saturday. The Republican presidential candidate took to Twitter on Sunday to take a shot at Rousey following her knockout loss to Holly Holm in Melbourne.
Glad to see that @RondaRousey lost her championship fight last night. Was soundly beaten – not a nice person!

Trump was a supporter of Rousey for quite some time now. He discussed Rousey in an August interview with CNN, insinuating the UFC star liked him and saying "I'd take her on my side as a fighter." Rousey, however, may have changed Trump's thoughts on her when she voiced a different opinion of his presidential aspirations.
"I mean, I wouldn't vote for him," Rousey told CNN. "I just really wouldn't trust the guy with running my country, that’s all. … I'm not really going to get into specifics of it, but, I mean, I don't want a reality TV star to be running my country."
In fact, Rousey expressed support for Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders in an interview with Maxim during the run-up to UFC 193.
"I'm voting for Bernie Sanders, because he doesn't take any corporate money," Rousey told Maxim. "I don't think politicians should be allowed to take money for their campaigns from outside interests."
