Miranda Kerr’s security guard has reportedly been stabbed in the face during a violent confrontation with an intruder outside the former Victoria's Secret Angel's Malibu home.
Police responded to Kerr’s home in Malibu after reports several shots had been fired after an intruder allegedly tried to scale the fence around 11am pacific time.
"(Authorities) discovered a security guard had been involved in a physical altercation with an intruder," a spokesperson from LA County Sheriff’s Office confirmed.
The guard was reportedly stabbed in the face before shooting the intruder “three to four times in the face and torso”.
"Neither the guard nor the intruder has life threatening injuries," the police spokesperson said.
Both the intruder and the security guard have been airlifted to hospital.
Multiple sources have confirmed Kerr was not at home at the time of the incident.
